● Size of the finished bear is about 10 cm (3.9″).
● Size of the finished puppy is about 3.5 cm (1.4″).
Materials needed:
1) Wool yarn Drops Flora (65% Wool, 35% Alpaca, 210 m/50 g, fingering weight) or Drops Alpaca (100% Alpaca, 167 m/50 g, fingering weight), cotton yarn Drops Safran (100% cotton, 160 m/50 g, sport weight).
2) Hook size: 1.5 mm.
3) Eyes size 3 mm, glue.
4) Polyester fiberfill, sewing needles, scissors, pins, black embroidery floss.
5) Small buttons.
Additionally for the Christmas tree:
1) A piece of thick cardboard.
2) Wooden stick (I use a regular ice cream stick).
You may use any other type of yarn, just remember to use a crochet hook suitable for your yarn weight.
Basic crocheting skills needed:
- Chain.
- Single crochet.
- Slip stitch.
- Increasing and decreasing.
- Half double crochet.
- Double crochet.
